Our Programs

Our work is organised around five interconnected programme areas that reflect our long-term commitment to empowering young people, strengthening democratic participation, and building more inclusive and peaceful communities. Together, these programmes guide our partnerships, projects and organisational development across Norway and Europe.

Our programmes are delivered through trusted and sustainable collaboration with civil society organisations, municipalities, universities, schools and informal groups across Norway and 25+ European countries.

Cross-cutting approaches

Across all programmes our approach is through:

Volunteering Non-formal education Erasmus+ mobility Community engagement Cross-sector partnerships Sport and creativity Research and evidence Digital innovation Youth participation Environmental sustainability

What makes our approach unique is the combination of youth-led participation, international cooperation, evidence-informed practice and long-term partnerships between civil society, municipalities, universities and public institutions.
